Staybridge Suites

A block of rooms at the Hamilton Staybridge Suites has been reserved for Forum attendees at a discounted price. The discounted rate can be obtained through a special weblink provided by the event organizers. Attendees should receive this weblink in their acceptance email message. Please contact the organizers if you did not receive the code. Bookings should be made before September 15th, 2019 to ensure a discounted price. After this date, rooms will be released to the public, and rates will reset to standard prices (>$160+tax per night).

Travel

From Pearson Airport
To get from Pearson Airport (YYZ) to downtown Hamilton, the best approach is to take the number 40 GO bus, which travels from terminal 1 (pickup on the lowest level) to downtown Hamilton.

  • If traveling to a downtown hotel (e.g. Staybridge Suites), exit the bus at the Caroline stop (be sure to request the stop) to arrive at the hotel.
  • If traveling directly to One James North, exit the bus at the Summers Lane stop (be sure to request the stop).

From Hamilton Airport
A number of options are available to travel to downtown Hamilton from the Hamilton Airport (YHM), including taxi, rideshare, and public transit (HSR A-Line).
